What is Brain Respiration Meditation
According to Ilchi Lee book the ultimate purpose of Brain Respiration is to develop a Power Brain… a brain that is creative, peaceful, and productive. Brain Respiration Meditation is divided into five distinct stages: Brain Sensitizing, Brain Softening, Brain Cleansing. Brain Rewiring, and Brain Mastering. These stages have been designed to stimulate each of the three mam layers of the brain in order to maximize their potential, while reintegrating their disparate functions. On a spiritual plane, Brain Respiration provides a path to enlightenment in everyday life. On a social level. Brain Respiration is designed to develop a New Human who is filled with positive energy, rich emotions, harmonious ethics, and a purposeful life.
The five experiential stages of Brain Respiration each carry a special intention. BR Sensitizing is designed to heighten the senses of the whole body, including the brain. BR Softening is designed to introduce flexibility and to increase efficiency in the conscious cognitive processes of the neo-cortex. BR Cleansing has been formulated to deal with self-defeating emotional memories embedded in the limbic system that often act as obstacles to turther development. BR Rewiring will lead to meeting with Yullyo, the reality of life within, and affirm identity and sense of purpose. Finally, BR Mastering will help an individual express his or her True Self and further the evolution of the collective consciousness of humanity.
