Walk for healthier and longer life

We walk at home and at work every day unless you have special physical conditions. Your daily walking routine can help you increase your health far more than you can imagine. JangSaeng Walking, which means longevity walk, has been developed by Ilchi Lee during his recovery from his spinal injury due to a fall from a horse back several years ago. Tucking your tail bone in and feeling your soles and toes as you walk will help you accumulate ki-energy in your lower energy center and rejuvenate your body and lightens up your spirit.
