Here are some exercises suggested by Ilchi Lee. Ilchi Lee is currentlythe chairman of world earth human alliance and the new millenium peace foundation.
Barking Sea Lion
1. Lie face down on the floor. Place your hands beneath your shoulders and inhale as you push up.
2. Look up to the ceiling, keeping the abdomen on the floor. Hold for 5 counts.
3. Exhale and return to the original position. Repeat 3 times.
Flip-up Toe Touch
1. While lying on your back, push your legs and feet up into the air, supporting the weight of your body with your arms and hands. Make your body as straight as possible.
2. Slowly lower your feet to the ground behind your head. Keep your knees straight, bending only at the hips. Hold for ten counts and return.
