Master of my emotions
One of the profound and practical tools I’ve learned through my Dahn Hak, Dahn Yoga training is that I am the master of my emotions. We can cause our own emotions instead of being led by them. Ilchi Lee reminds us that we are the masters of our bodies, minds, emotions, ultimately our lives.
