Here are some lines written by Ilchi Lee about subject in his book. He writes how do we achieve this completion? Let’s skip the amorphous, esoteric, and new age jargon that passes for spirituality these days. Instead, we can explain the process of spiritual birth using the Chakra system. We can think about this process of spiritual birth as part of our natural anatomy. To initiate the process of our physical birth, the sperm enters through the Jade Gate, the first Chakra, and lodges in the Earth Palace or Womb, the second Chakra. A life is conceived when the sperm joins with an ovum. After nine months of gestation, the physical body matures and is born, once again passing through the Jade Gate. These are the fundamentals of our reproductive system.
Now, let’s think about the spiritual birth process. The sperm is analogous to the seed of the soul, while the ovum is analogous to the divinity within us. The spiritual sperm, or seed of the soul, is not some abstract concept, however. It resides in the heart, the fourth Chakra, intertwined with the presence of energy there. Then where does the spiritual ovum reside? It lives in the sixth Chakra, which is also called Heaven’s Palace. Therefore, the process of spiritual birth is ignited when the spiritual sperm and the spiritual ovum merge in Heaven’s Palace, the spiritual womb within the human body. In order for the merging to take effect, the spiritual sperm, like the physical sperm, must pass through a gate. This gate is the fifth Chakra, or the Soul’s Gate. When the seed of the soul passes through the Soul’s Gate and lodges in Heaven’s Palace, where it meets with inner divinity, a spiritual embryo is conceived. After a process of maturation and growth, the spiritual body is born.
Excitement, heightened emotional state method by which subjects are trained to control various biological functions, can be used to help people with alcoholism overcome their addiction. Through biofeedback, these people were able to increase lower frequency alpha and theta brain waves, which are associated with a peaceful, meditative state of mind, while controlling higher frequency beta waves. This ability resulted in less depression and fewer cravings for alcohol among the subjects.
One of my students, in fact, is a researcher in the area ot bio-feedback, specializing in measuring brain activity through EEG machines. He was very skeptical about the claimed benefits oi Brain Wave Vibration, like many other scientists might be. But he gave it a try anyway because he was suffering trom a number of ailments and wanted to find a quick stress-reliet exercise that could fit his schedule. After a few weeks of practice, his focus improved, his headaches disappeared, and his shoulder pain subsided. He is now thoroughly convinced that brain waves can be influenced through movement of the body.
It is also clear that even the kinds of thoughts we have can greatly affect our physical health. Scientists demonstrated the effect of the mind on the body more than a hundred years ago.
It is not too great a leap to suppose that brain-body communication could be improved throughout your body if vibrations were applied to the entire body, as in Brain Wave Vibration. It seems that we are returning to an understanding that our ancestors understood instinctively.
I first experienced the power of vibration through my own physical healing. A few years ago, I took a bad fall from a horse and seriously injured my spine. The doctors told me not to move, to just quietly rest in bed. This did not sit well with me because I knew that the energy could not move properly in my body if I were just to lie there completely motionless. So I decided to make subtle shaking movements with my spine and eventually with the rest of my body. This kept my energy moving, and my recovery was far faster than anyone had expected.
Soon, much sooner than anyone thought possible, I was up and walking again. As I took my first feeble steps, I remained acutely aware of the effects of vibration in my body. What before had seemed like a horrible accident now seemed like a great blessing; the painful process of healing seemed to have heightened my ability to perceive and understand the nature of vibration in my body.
In one experiment, scientists showed fake flowers to highly allergic people. Almost invariably, the subjects, not knowing that the flowers were fake, had allergic reactions when seeing the flowers (Sapolsky). And for centuries physicians have noted the placebo effect, in which a patient’s beliefs about a given medicine may create as much healing as the medicine itself. It stands to reason then that all sorts of negative thoughts and beliefs may have a detrimental effect on the body and that positive thoughts may assist in the healing process.
Once I had a student who was a video arcade owner. He had a quick temper and found himself constantly irritated with the kids in his arcade. This anger spilled over into every part of his life. His body became very tense, and eventually blisters appeared all over his skin. Worried about his health, he came to a Dahn Yoga center and began practicing Brain Wave Vibration along with the regular Dahn Yoga class.
After only ten sessions, the blisters disappeared and his mind-set totally changed. He not only got along better with his young patrons, but he suddenly felt motivated to teach kids Brain Education techniques in a special .after-school program. This man learned to reverse his negative brain waves, and the effect on him and those around him was almost miraculous.
Extract from book of Ilchi lee about identity drawing. Confidence begins with a solid sense of identity and purpose. Help your child examine that creatively.
Have your child draw a picture of his or her life. Be sure to include all the important details family, friends, pets, etc. Use more than one piece of paper if you need to, but limit the time to 15 minutes. Ask the child to explain the picture and why certain details were included or left out. Then ask, “What would you change if you could?”
Information is not all believable or trustworthy. Some has been verified and some hasn’t. There is information that is in the midst of the verification process, information that is correct, and information that has been proven incorrect. There is information that we can all agree on. Then there is information that only applies to a few groups. For example, a few years back I took a trip to Katmandu in Nepal and saw fattened cows walking the streets freely and people stepping out of their way. This is a country with an infant mortality rate higher than fifty percent. There were babies starving to death and crippled beggars on the streets with their limbs purposely mutilated to attract pity, yet the cows couldn’t be touched because they were considered sacred by the particular sect of Buddhism that populated the land. As I observed this scene, I realized anew how much control a set of information called “religion” exercises over human behavior.
In the Christian Bible Prof Lee writes, the serpent is an embodiment of evil for having seduced Eve into eating the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. Therefore, in the West, the snake is considered evil and is subjected to stoning, spearing, and all other sorts of lethal abuse. In the East, on the other hand, the snake is reputed to be good for sexual stamina. A captured snake is eviscerated and its innards taken out and preserved to be sold on the market at outrageous prices.

That there exists a Universal Awareness, a Cosmic Mind that watches over all of us with patience and love that we cannot intellectually comprehend, yet we instinctively feel. That through this Cosmic Mind, we are subject to the same and eternal Cosmic Order that governs the universe. This is what I call Yidn’yo. Therein lies the source for everything that there is, ever was, and ever will be. Through this Cosmic Mind, we are all interconnected and inseparable from one another. We are all One, in the grandest fashion imaginable.
Ilchi lee recommends this is not just an abstract saying. This is the most concrete and realistic saying that there is. This Truth has the power to affect everything in our lives. This Truth is the force that animates this universe. It is this Truth that can satisfy our deepest longings, our deepest suspicions, and our deepest curiosity about our origins, our goals, and our significance. It is this Truth that will open up the gateway to higher dimensions, to higher levels of awareness.

The eternal Cosmic Order that governs all, this I call Yuln’yo. You cannot touch Yuln’yo. or smell it or see it. Yuln’yo is the essence of the order that has governed all life since the beginning, having itself no beginning or end. Yuln’yo is not some cold set of physical laws that dictates the interactions of matter, but a pulsating, warm consciousness that envelops and gathers all. Yuln’yo expresses itself through light, sound, and vibration that form the natural symphony of the cosmos. We can most immediately feel the power of Yuln’yo through our heartbeats, the steady and faithful pounding that started in the womb and is now echoing through the universe. Ilchi Lee writes this is the rhythm of life.
Through this rhythm, we can join the everlasting harmony of the cosmos. And as we truly realize the beauty of our own lives, we will discover Yuln’yo. Yuln’yo loves, in the purest and truest sense of the word. This is the enormity and the purity of what I have experienced. This is what I want you to experience. And this is what I want the whole of humanity to experience.
When you recover Yuln’yo, you recover your balance. Up to now, the standards by which you have lived were not your own but those of others. You lived your life not to recover your lost inner balance, but to pursue wealth, fame, and power, leading to a twisted sense of sight and judgment. However, by grabbing hold of the lifeline of Yuln’yo. you can regain your inner balance and feel absolute happiness and peace.
These lines are copied from famous book by prof Ilchi Lee “Healing Society”.
When I was five, I underwent an experience through which I felt the Universal Awareness and the True Love contained therein. I further realized that there existed an invisible stream of energy that flows within our bodies and that this energy binds us to the universe. In fact, the energy that animates our bodies and the energy that animates the universe was from the same stream. And through endless questions and searches, one day I finally heard the voice that spoke the Truth. And realized that this voice was inside me all along.
This voice told me that my body is not me, but mine. It told me that my mind is not me, but mine. It assured me that the Cosmic Mind is my mind and that the Cosmic Energy is my energy. Through this voice I came to feel the all-encompassing rhythm of life. I experienced the light, the sound, and the vibration that formed the source of all life, absorbing and understanding in wonder the Cosmic Order within that governed all things. It is because I wanted to relate to others the vision that I have experienced that I developed and introduced to the world an awareness-raising program called Dahn Hak. Brain Respiration can be called the essence of the Dahn Hak program.
God is information. However, there are two types of information. Let’s make a computer analogy. If you want to produce a document, you use a program for word processing. Your document, as well as the word processor, is a collection of information. One is document information and the other is program information, used to create more information in the form of documents. God is like the word processor. God is a tool for creation, to be used but not worshipped. When you give yourself to God and let God use your brain and body, you are in fact letting the word processor run the computer and the user. When you become the master of the computer and use its many programs according to your will, then you become a conscious user. However, when you let the program run you, instead of the other way around, then you are a kind of ghost user, there, but not there. You become a slave to the information. Although this information can be of political or social ideology or religious dogma, you are a slave, nonetheless.
Although you need both hardware and software for the act of creation, it is up to you to choose what you will create and what programs and machines you will use. If the current software/hardware setup is not appropriate to what you seek to create, then you have to change it. You have to choose another system. This is your choice and responsibility as a conscious user of your own life.
Who are you? Who do you wish to be? Why do you live? Why do you want to live? The answers to these questions are all choices you make. You can use “God” to actualize these choices, for God is a tool you use to create your life. In the midst of this creation, look into yourself and realize that you are the master of the information that you wield, that you are the master of your own life, and that you are the Creator.
