Walk for healthier and longer life

We walk at home and at work every day unless you have special physical conditions. Your daily walking routine can help you increase your health far more than you can imagine. JangSaeng Walking, which means longevity walk, has been developed by Ilchi Lee during his recovery from his spinal injury due to a fall from a horse back several years ago. Tucking your tail bone in and feeling your soles and toes as you walk will help you accumulate ki-energy in your lower energy center and rejuvenate your body and lightens up your spirit. Most importantly wear a big smile as you walk. As it helps me to connect my body and mind and get more energy, you will discover joy of walking in a whole lot different way. Please visit at http://www.ilchi.com and watch Ilchi Lee’s own lecture on JangSaeng Walking.

Self love

Do you love yourself? Really? If you cannot say “Absolutely!”, you need to work & play on yourself.
I think that a lack of self love is a root of many issues we encounter in our lives. I used be very harsh on myself for the sake of self improvement, doing more harm than help. It took many years for me to accept my greatness and love myself fully. I had to refresh my old habits and preconceptions about myself. Ilchi Lee shares his insight, which touches my heart.
“If you truly love yourself, the opinions of others, both positive and negative, should bounce off of you like a rubber ball off a sidewalk. Self-love means to know emphatically who you are inside and to build a life according to that understanding. This is not a temporary love based on the successes of the moment, but an eternal love based on recognition of the divine nature that lies at the center of your being.”

Vibrations to build bone & burn fat

Ilchi Lee has developed Brain Waves Vibration training, and so many Dahn Yoga center members from different countries shared wonderful testimonials at www.ilchi.com.
NY Public Radio (NPR) ’s Morning Edition on October 29, 2007 aired an intereting scientific research. It showed why this vibration training works.  ”Standing on a gently vibrating platform for 15 minutes a day can build bone mass and reduce fat in mice, according to a new study. The changes are due to a stem cell in bone marrow that can become muscle, bone or fat. Testing has begun in humans. …The theory for why vibrations affect bone mass is that somehow the bone-marrow stem cell senses the motion and begins turning itself into bone to better tolerate the jiggling.”

Energy dance by Ilchi Lee

As I was watching a video clip of Ilchi Lee’s energy dance at http://www.ilchi.com/, my heart opened wide. I was deeply touched by the his selfless dancing. There was no dancer, only dancing itself.
Here is an description of the energy dance called Dahn-Mu by Ilchi Lee.
“Through this practice, you can experience true freedom of body and mind while opening your body to healing energy. I wanted to share this with you because I feel it expresses the energetic connection shared by all humanity. By opening our hearts and our minds to each other, we open ourselves to this energy. As you watch this video, I hope you can feel the love I have for you and all humanity.”
I don’t want you to miss it! Please
leave your comment after watching the video.

Unlocking my potential

When we watch a movie, we laugh and cry even shiver if the movie is scary. It is a well known fact that the brain does not know whether the fact perceived is real or not. Power of mind and imagination seems much more powerful than we usually think. Brain Education System Training (BEST), which Ilchi Lee has developed helps hundreds and thousands of people, young and old, tap into their unlimited possibilities of the brains. I must say that it has helped me beyond all my expectation. True healing and mastership over my body, mind, soul all began with understanding of my brain. The key is in the brain, my brain. Now I understand a bit what Ilchi Lee meant. I am so excited that I am on the path of developing and unlocking my potential. Thanks to my Power Brain!
