We walk at home and at work every day unless you have special physical conditions. Your daily walking routine can help you increase your health far more than you can imagine. JangSaeng Walking, which means longevity walk, has been developed by Ilchi Lee during his recovery from his spinal injury due to a fall from a horse back several years ago. Tucking your tail bone in and feeling your soles and toes as you walk will help you accumulate ki-energy in your lower energy center and rejuvenate your body and lightens up your spirit. Most importantly wear a big smile as you walk. As it helps me to connect my body and mind and get more energy, you will discover joy of walking in a whole lot different way. Please visit at http://www.ilchi.com and watch Ilchi Lee‘s own lecture on JangSaeng Walking.

Ilchi Lee has developed Brain Waves Vibration training, and so many Dahn Yoga center members from different countries shared wonderful testimonials at www.ilchi.com.
NY Public Radio (NPR) ‘s Morning Edition on October 29, 2007 aired an intereting scientific research. It showed why this vibration training works.  ”Standing on a gently vibrating platform for 15 minutes a day can build bone mass and reduce fat in mice, according to a new study. The changes are due to a stem cell in bone marrow that can become muscle, bone or fat. Testing has begun in humans. …The theory for why vibrations affect bone mass is that somehow the bone-marrow stem cell senses the motion and begins turning itself into bone to better tolerate the jiggling.”

Can we create a miracle? Yes, I believe so, especially through the 21-Day Miracle project. The 21-Day Miracle project is a fun and empowering tool to find the happiness people deserve. It can be applied to any goal or desire you may have, such as to lose weight, to change a negative habit, or to achieve financial success.
The 21-Day Miracle consists of three basic components: goal setting, group support, and inspirational guidance. These three form a solid triangular foundation upon which to build your ideal life. Find out more or sign up at http://www.ilchi.com/

Isn’t it hard enough to heal oneself? But healing society?
Although I always wanted to help others, it became harder to focus on others when I went through my deep healing. I realized that healing myself was my priority. Helping others was an empty gesture while I was not able to deal with my own issues. I needed to walk my talk, so I decided to heal myself first. I went to Dahn Healer School (now Dahn Healing System) after comtemplating for sometime. Being ruthlessly honest with myself and others wasn’t easy, yet I tried my 100%. So much laughter and cry, dancing, being myself, surrendering to All There Is, and being no-self. The outcome was a lighter, freer, more peaceful being.  Finally I found out that healing myself is no different from healing the society. I am a part of the society, the Earth. We are one in fact. Separation was my illusion. Since I came back from the Dahn Healer School, where Ilchi Lee’s vision for Healing Society Movement is being actualized, I don’t look back. It was one of the best choices I have ever made for myself. Awakening the healer within me. Empowering myself and others.

When I loose my balance during my Dahn Yoga practice, my body quickly finds a way to balance itself. It is so obvious for us when we loose physical balance. How about emotional and spiritual balance in our lives? Since they are invisible and hard to recognize the imbalance, it is a good to check how our bodies feel. Achy, heavy, sore, stiff, stuffy…… These feelings are in fact good friends and wake up calls from our bodies. Ilchi Lee said we can be enlightened through body, brain and mind training as ancient people had done for thousands of years.
Check and feel your body. What is your body telling you?

Many people lack a purpose in their life. Some people are awakened to the fact that healing is a way of life and a lifestyle. I began to follow that idea 5 years ago and have not regretted it once. Just as Ilchi Lee determined to heal himself, his society, and the world, I too have decided to do that. I healed, my family healed, and I love working on others, giving them healings too (workingon society healing!). I can’t say enough positive things about how rewarding what I do is.

Since I started to practice Dahn Yoga, a training program designed by Ilchi Lee, I have only experienced good things. I healed myself of lyme disease, and I began to heal myfamily, too. The relationships that I had when I first started were very strained. After I began to heal myself, those relationships repaired themselves as well. Now, we’re all getting along better and I’m better able to help them through physical discomforts and emotional pains. I’m very thankful for this!

Healing never ceases to amaze me. After learning healing methods (created by Ilchi Lee) through the Dahn Healing System, I have begun to improve my capabilities as a massage therapist and healer. The people that I have been working on are all saying that something in their lives is different after a few sessions. They even feel better about themselves and notice that they are overcoming obstacles.

When I was driving on a fast lane  during the rush hour this morning, I encountered a few reckless drivers. They passed me so dangerously although there was not enough space between my car and a car in front of me. exceeding more than 30+ miles than the speed limit. They almost risked their lives only to move forward a few cars ahead of them. What’s that for?  I focused on my lower energy center (dahn-jon) in my abdomen and sent them loving, peaceful energy. I remember Ilchi Lee’s one of the 12 Maxims for Authentic Living “Smile and be at peace for no reason.” I felt calmer even compassionate toward them. Yes, I chose to smile! ^__^

It is amazing how my life has been evolving since I started practicing Dahn Hak (study of energy)/Dahn Yoga. What touched my heart and whole being was the vision Dahn Hak  had: Empowering people, family, society to create and experience Health, Smile, and Peace (HSP) and healing the Earth ultimately.Ilchi Lee, an enlightened brain and peace educator inspires me constantly. I got the following except from www.ilchilee.com.
“It is now time to acknowledge the ultimate and core value that is capable of encompassing and superseding the partial and prejudicial orientation of the current value systems of the world. It is the one that can become a fulcrum point that will allow balance, harmony, and peaceful coexistence of all people. This is the Earth. The Earth cannot be claimed by any one group or organization regardless of its size or power. If humanity can be said to share one collective vision, it would be peace on Earth. This collective vision may also be our hope for survival in the very near future. To realize that we are all Earth-Humans…this is the key.”
